Summary
Paid listing plan fees are non-refundable once the plan has been activated and your listing is live. Refunds are only considered for verified billing errors (duplicate charge, technical failure, plan not activated after payment).
1. Scope
This policy applies to payments made for Standard and Premium listing plans on nangainallur.com. Free plan users are not affected since no payment is collected. Advertisement bookings have separate terms agreed upon at the time of booking.
2. General Policy
- Listing plan fees are billed monthly and are generally non-refundable once the plan is active and your listing is published or under review.
- Cancelling a paid plan mid-month does not entitle you to a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the month.
- If your listing is rejected by our moderation team after a paid plan payment, we will review the case and may offer a full refund at our discretion.
- Downgrading from a paid plan to the Free plan takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle — no partial refund is issued for the current period.
3. Eligible Refund Cases
We will review refund requests for the following situations:
Duplicate Charge
You were charged more than once for the same listing plan in the same billing cycle.
Technical Failure
Payment was captured but the listing plan was not activated due to a verified platform error.
Listing Rejected
Your listing was rejected by moderation after payment, for reasons within our control.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- You changed your mind or no longer need the listing.
- You submitted incorrect information and the listing was approved based on what you provided.
- You failed to use the features included in your paid plan.
- Your listing was removed or suspended due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions.
- Payment was made for the correct plan and the plan was activated successfully.
5. How to Request a Refund
- Email support@nangainallur.com with the subject line Refund Request.
- Include: your registered email address, transaction/payment reference number, date of payment, listing name, and a brief description of the issue.
- We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
- After investigation, we will communicate our decision within 7 business days of receiving the complete information.
6. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Refunds are typically reflected within 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or payment method.
- GST already remitted to the government cannot be refunded separately — the refund amount will be the full transaction amount including GST, and we will handle GST reversal on our end.
7. Payment Gateway
Payments on Nangainallur Directory are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details. Disputes about payment gateway charges can also be raised directly with Razorpay if you believe there is a technical error on their end.
8. Policy Updates
We may update this refund policy at any time. Changes become effective when posted on this page. The latest revision date is shown at the top.
